How to use the kit: Prepare the dough and keep it one night in the fridge. Roll out the dough within 3/4mm thickness and cut it with the 15cm diameter cutter. With the remaining dough, make a ball and roll it out. Cut 2 strips (5cm width and 26cmlength). Butter the perforated ring, place the strips around the edge and press gently to stick together. Ease the circle dough into the ring and press gently to stick it to the dough strips. Check that dough is well rolled out by lifting the ring. Remove excess dough all round the top edge of the ring. Place it in the freezer during 30 minutes before filling.
