It’s a revolutionary it program. it’s as simple as thinking about what ice cream you want to make and the program will give you the recipe. but not just any recipe, it gives you the one you need because you determine its sweetness, fat percentage, if you’re going to serve it from a shop window or from a freezer, if you have all the machinery necessary or if you only have a small ice cream machine or a pacojet. what if you don’t have cream? then the program will substitute it with butter. no milk? then the program will suggest adding water and more cream. the software comes programmed to anticipate any problems one might have since it knows the parameters of the 720 ingredients it lets you choose.
it also has 160 recipe bases, 10 for each family (nuts and dried fruit, chocolate, liquors, fruit, aromatic herbs, etc.). naturally, these may be adapted and modified. if you’d like to add cognac to chocolate, the program will recalculate the formula in seconds. it’s very simple to use and you can choose up to five languages.

It seems good, I'm still exploring it but I think it's more icecream than gelato software (to fat and sweet recipes). There's no update and there's no after sale help... For so much money I expect more things to have...
